Refund Policy


Our Refund Policy is limited to 30 days from the dates of purchase. If 30 days have past since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition which you received the item packaged, in its' original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We do not accept products which are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and/or flammable liquids and/or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not ship your purchased item(s) to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refund(s) are granted, if applicable, such as any item(s) not in its' original condition, is either damaged and/or has missing parts for reasons not due to Jano Sanitary Inc's error or neglect; and any item(s) which are returned more than 30 days after the date of proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once the return item(s) is received and inspected, our customer service team will send an email notification to indicate Jano Sanitary Inc has received the returned item(s). Then a subsequent notification will be emailed of the refund status, if approved or denied.

If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card used for the purchased item(s) or any other original method of payment used, within a reasonable certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If a refund has not been received, please verify with your banking services.

Then contact the credit card services of the credit card being refunded. Each credit card merchant and banking business has their own refund policies and times may vary on refunds officially posting to your account.  Please contact either service to request a status on the refund.

Sale Items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items are refundable.  Unfortunately, Sale or Discounted Item(s) cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable):

Only item(s) which are defective and/or damaged are replaceable. If an item(s) needs to be exchanged for the exact same item, please contact us via e-mail: and ship your item via mail to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and was shipped directly to you, you will  receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item(s), a gift certificate will be mailed to the address you provide.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will inquire about your return.

The Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning any item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for the item(s), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on the location where you live, and/or weather conditions, the time schedule may vary for your exchanged product to reach you.

If the cost of shipping an item is over $75, do consider using a shipping carrier or service which provides a tracking number or consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
