SHIPPING & DELIVERY DETAILS
- Our products are primarily shipped via UPS Ground.
- All items will be shipped within 24-48 business hours upon receipt of payment, except Saturday and Sunday.
- Shipping Service is only available to the Lower 48 states.
- We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses.
TERMS OF SALES
Shipping Damage
- If your item(s) arrives damaged due to the mishandling of the Shipping Carrier, please contact us as soon as possible for product replacement.
Defective Item(s)
- If your item(s) arrives defective, please contact us as soon as possible for product replacement, if available.
- If the item(s) is unavailable a full refund will be provided. We will arrange for a pick-up of the defective item(s).
Exchange(s)
- Item(s) returned within 14 days of receipt are refundable less a 20% restocking fee.
- The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs (forward and return).
- Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in its' new and unopened condition.
- We are unable to accept any returns once the item(s) has been used.
