Customer Service | Delivery & Terms


  • Our products are primarily shipped via UPS Ground.
  • All items will be shipped within 24-48 business hours upon receipt of payment, except Saturday and Sunday.
  • Shipping Service is only available to the Lower 48 states.
  • We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Box addresses.



 Shipping Damage

    • If your item(s) arrives damaged due to the mishandling of the Shipping Carrier, please contact us as soon as possible for product replacement.


Defective Item(s)

    • If your item(s) arrives defective, please contact us as soon as possible for product replacement, if available.
    • If the item(s) is unavailable a full refund will be provided.  We will arrange for a pick-up of the defective item(s). 



      • Item(s) returned within 14 days of receipt are refundable less a 20% restocking fee.
      • The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs (forward and return).
      • Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in its' new and unopened condition.
      • We are unable to accept any returns once the item(s) has been used.
